Position Details:

Full-time and part time roles available
Availability required for weekdays, weekends, bank and school holidays
Live-in accommodation available for the right candidates

Key Responsibilities:

Running a series of nature based activities for families. Ranging from shelter building and Ranger Rambles to pond dipping and fire lighting.
Encouraging guests to enjoy the outdoors on park and promoting awareness of the natural environment.
Managing habitats within the activity areas to maintain favourable conditions for wildlife.
Ensuring strict Health and Safety guidelines are always adhered to, providing a safe and secure environment for all guests.
Must be used to working outside, with a sound knowledge of the natural environment.
Must have experience of working with young children (of all ages) and families/groups of people.
Specialist environmental knowledge/ Bush Craft experience and/or relevant qualifications desirable
Responsible for upkeep and organisation of Explorers HQ and surrounding area.
Ordering stock and supplies within budgets set.
Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests
