You’ll play an essential role in keeping our kitchens running smoothly and delivering meals that make our guests’ holidays unforgettable.

Position Details:

Seasonal, full-time and part time positions available

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver high-quality meals in a busy kitchen environment
Work closely with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
Maintain accurate COSHH records, temperature logs, and kitchen paperwork
Keep kitchen areas and equipment clean and safe, following hygiene standards
Follow recipes while confidently adapting when needed
Monitor stock levels and support ordering and deliveries
Handle fast-paced service, changing demands, and special requests
Conduct quality checks on ingredients and finished dishes
Contribute ideas for menu development and stay aware of current food trends
Play an active role in supporting a positive, collaborative kitchen culture

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in catering is desirable but full training is provided for passionate candidates
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Confidence in working in a fast-paced environment
Good organisational skills and a positive, proactive attitude
Driving licence (desirable)
