As a Housekeeping Supervisor/Coach, you will be responsible for:

Cleaning accommodation efficiently and to a high standard where required.
Making beds with appropriate bedding where required.
Training and supervising new and existing housekeeping team members, providing guidance and support
Reporting on check sheets any maintenance and housekeeping requirements.
Ensuring accommodation is ready at the expected time and ready for the guests’ arrival.
Delivering exceptional service to all our guests, providing a warm welcome experience
Report directly to the Accommodation Manager and Assistant Accommodation Managers.

We're looking for someone who's:

Experienced: 2+ years cleaning experience or experience from a similar role.
Driver desirable, but not required.
A leader with excellent communication skills
Able to motivate and support a team
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Comfortable with physical work and flexible hours
Passionate about providing top-notch guest service
Driver desirable but not required
