Key Responsibilities:

Organising and coordinating within the team to make sure everything is running smoothly.
Opening and closing of the business following the correct procedures
Work alongside the bar management team to oversee all front of house operations.
Delivering excellent customer service.
Serving and presenting beverages, both professionally and efficiently.
Taking food orders, serving to tables and clearing tables.
Assisting in always keeping the bar and front-of-house clean and tidy.
Keeping up to date with new products.
Making customers aware of offers on our great food/drink range and drive sales through upselling products.
Having real conversations with our guests to ensure that they are satisfied with all aspects of their stay.
Use good local knowledge to provide guests with information about the area, helping them make the most of their stay.
Support with stock rotation and ensure products are stored correctly to maintain quality and reduce waste.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in bar, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Confidence in working in a fast-paced environment
A passion for delivering great customer service
Good organisational skills and a positive, proactive attitude
