Reception Manager

Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks is currently seeking an experienced Reception Manager to become an integral part of our friendly and professional team.
As Reception is the primary point of contact for all our guests, responsible for creating those crucial first and last impressions, this role is hands-on and operates within a customer-facing environment. If you are ready for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply!
Position Details:
- Full-time, seasonal position
- Availability required for evenings, weekends, bank and school holidays
- Live-in accommodation available for the right candidates
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position within a comparable role is required.
- Must have a full driving licence and access to own transport

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading by example, embodying the qualities of an exceptional Reception Manager by motivating your team and possessing outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- Effectively managing your team through adept rota scheduling and budget control.
- Ensuring every guest receives excellent customer care, whether in person, via telephone, or digitally.
- Showcasing expertise in our Parks, demonstrating knowledge about accommodation types, facilities, and the local area.
- Providing continuous coaching, support, and training to create a memorable Reception team for all the right reasons.
- Building relationships and collaborating with all Park departments, including housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Reviewing customer feedback and implementing action plans to achieve KPIs within your department.
- Experienced and confident in handling customer complaints to maintain high guest satisfaction levels in any situation.
- Managing stock control of merchandise and overseeing cash reconciliation.
