Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, support, and lead the bar team during shifts
Consistently deliver outstanding customer service to all guests
Monitor stock levels and support the receipt and storage of deliveries
Ensure full compliance with licensing regulations, health & safety, and hygiene standards
Manage cash handling, till operations, and reconciliation processes
Train, motivate, and develop team members to achieve high performance
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming bar environment
Work collaboratively with the kitchen, bar, and entertainment teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the complex
Having real conversations with our guests to ensure that they are satisfied with all aspects of their stay.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience supervising or leading a bar or hospitality team
A keen eye for detail, allowing you to oversee various aspects of front-of-house, such as keeping things clean and tidy
Holiday park, restaurant, nightclub, or family-oriented venue experience (beneficial but not essential)
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization.
Driving licence (desirable)
Barista trained (desirable)
First Aid trained (desirable)
