If you have a passion for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, we encourage you to apply and become a part of our team.</p><p><strong>Position Details:</strong></p><ul><li>Part time and full time seasonal roles available</li><li>Availability required for evenings, weekends, bank and school holidays</li></ul><p><strong>What can we offer you?</strong></p><ul><li>Complimentary/discounted use of our Parks’ facilities</li><li>Generous discounts on food when you dine with us</li><li>Discounted holiday rates for friends and family</li><li>Discounted gym membership and cinema tickets at our Parks</li><li>Full uniform and training provided</li><li>Free car parking</li><li>Pension scheme with employer contributions</li><li>Company events</li><li>Subsidised live-in accommodation (for the right candidates)</li></ul><p><strong>As a Housekeeping Supervisor/Coach, you will be responsible for:</strong></p><ul><li>Cleaning accommodation efficiently and to a high standard where required.</li><li>Making beds with appropriate bedding where required.</li><li>Training and supervising new and existing housekeeping team members, providing guidance and support</li><li>Reporting on check sheets any maintenance and housekeeping requirements.</li><li>Ensuring accommodation is ready at the expected time and ready for the guests’ arrival.</li><li>Delivering exceptional service to all our guests, providing a warm welcome experience</li><li>Report directly to the Accommodation Manager and Assistant Accommodation Managers.</li></ul><p><strong>We&#39;re looking for someone who&#39;s:</strong></p><ul><li>Experienced: 2&#43; years cleaning experience or experience from a similar role.</li><li>Driver desirable, but not required.</li><li>A leader with excellent communication skills</li><li>Able to motivate and support a team</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to quality</li><li>Comfortable with physical work and flexible hours</li><li>Passionate about providing top-notch guest service</li><li>Driver desirable but not required</li></ul><p><strong>A bit about us!</strong></p><p>We operate three award-winning family holiday resorts in Woolacombe, North Devon – Woolacombe Bay, Twitchen House, and Easewell Farm.
