This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role within our dynamic environment, overseeing the bar team and ensuring our guests enjoy an unforgettable time at our holiday parks.</p><p><strong>Position Details:</strong></p><ul><li>Seasonal, full-time and part time positions available</li><li>Availability required for evenings, weekends, bank and school holidays</li><li>Live-in accommodation available for eligible candidates</li></ul><p><strong>What can we offer you?</strong></p><ul><li>Complimentary/discounted use of our Parks’ facilities</li><li>Generous discounts on food when you dine with us</li><li>Discounted holiday rates for friends and family</li><li>Discounted gym membership and cinema tickets at our Parks</li><li>Full uniform and training provided</li><li>Free car parking</li><li>Pension scheme with employer contributions</li><li>Company events</li><li>Subsidised live-in accommodation (for the right candidates)</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise, support, and lead the bar team during shifts</li><li>Consistently deliver outstanding customer service to all guests</li><li>Monitor stock levels and support the receipt and storage of deliveries</li><li>Ensure full compliance with licensing regulations, health &amp; safety, and hygiene standards</li><li>Manage cash handling, till operations, and reconciliation processes</li><li>Train, motivate, and develop team members to achieve high performance</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming bar environment</li><li>Work collaboratively with the kitchen, bar, and entertainment teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the complex</li><li>Having real conversations with our guests to ensure that they are satisfied with all aspects of their stay.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience supervising or leading a bar or hospitality team</li><li>A keen eye for detail, allowing you to oversee various aspects of front-of-house, such as keeping things clean and tidy</li><li>Holiday park, restaurant, nightclub, or family-oriented venue experience (beneficial but not essential)</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization.</li><li>Driving licence (desirable)</li><li>Barista trained (desirable)</li><li>First Aid trained (desirable)</li></ul><p><strong>A bit about us!</strong></p><p>We operate three award-winning family holiday resorts in Woolacombe, North Devon – Woolacombe Bay, Twitchen House, and Easewell Farm.
