Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks are seeking an experienced Food &amp; Beverage Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring valuable hospitality industry experience, excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate self-motivation and exceptional customer service.</p><p>Position Details:</p><ul><li>Full-time, permanent position</li><li>Due to the nature of the role you will be required to be available for working evenings, weekends, bank and school holidays</li><li>Live-in accommodation available for the right candidates</li><li><strong>Holiday Park Experience Essential</strong></li></ul><p>What can we offer you?</p><ul><li>Complimentary/discounted use of our Parks’ facilities</li><li>Generous discounts on food when you dine with us</li><li>Discounted holiday rates for friends and family</li><li>Discounted gym membership and cinema tickets at our Parks</li><li>Full uniform and training provided</li><li>Free car parking</li><li>Pension scheme with employer contributions</li><li>Company events</li><li>Subsidised live-in accommodation (for the right candidates)</li></ul><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Ensure high customer service and team efficiency, adhering to Company and legal requirements for overall profitability.</li><li>Manage financial performance, covering cash, stock, cellar, security, and Health &amp; Safety.</li><li>Follow administrative processes, contribute to annual budget compilation, and handle customer complaints.</li><li>Foster team relationships through support, coaching, and appraisals.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness in bars, restaurants, cellars, and customer areas.</li><li>Prioritize safety and security for customers and team members.</li><li>Establish and communicate individual and team goals aligned with business objectives.</li><li>Adhere to stock takes, delivery, and cellar management procedures.</li><li>Enforce relevant legislation, including Health &amp; Safety, hygiene, fire, and licensing laws.</li><li>Collaborate with the Park Manager to meet business objectives and priorities.</li><li>Control costs, including stocks and wages, in line with business needs.</li><li>Maximize income by analysing and responding to weekly financial results.</li></ul><p>A bit about us!</p><p>We operate three award-winning family holiday resorts in Woolacombe, North Devon – Woolacombe Bay, Twitchen House and Easewell Farm.
