<p>We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Duty Manager to become a vital member of our leadership team here at Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks. Reporting to the Deputy Manager, this role requires an energetic, ambitious, and conscientious individual who will be accountable for the efficiency of all operational aspects, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest services and experiences.</p><p><strong>Position Details:</strong></p><ul><li>Full-time, permanent position</li><li>Live-in accommodation available</li><li>Availability required for evenings, weekends, bank and school holidays</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in a similar role in the holiday park industry is required</li><li>Leadership experience in the holiday park or leisure industry</li><li>Drivers Licence and own vehicle</li></ul><p><strong>What can we offer you?</strong></p><ul><li>Complimentary/discounted use of our Parks’ facilities</li><li>Generous discounts on food when you dine with us</li><li>Discounted holiday rates for friends and family</li><li>Discounted gym membership and cinema tickets at our Parks</li><li>Full uniform and training provided</li><li>Free car parking</li><li>Pension scheme with employer contributions</li><li>Company events</li><li>Subsidised live-in accommodation (for the right candidates)</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Demonstrate effective leadership across all areas of the holiday park, taking accountability for daily operations.</li><li>Assist in delivering performance targets related to budget, stock levels, and cost control.</li><li>Uphold exceptional customer service, ensuring a safe, clean, and appealing environment for our guests.</li><li>Ensure each department consistently performs to the highest standards.</li><li>Operate the Park according to company policies, procedures, and statutory legal requirements.</li><li>Conduct on-park training, ensuring consistency and engagement in line with company procedures.</li><li>Provide additional coaching and development for individuals as needed.</li><li>Promote the park and company appropriately in the local vicinity to position Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks as the employer and holiday provider of choice.</li><li>Communicate the company&#39;s vision and budgetary requirements to staff members, providing feedback on park and company performance.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong>:</p><ul><li>Previous experience in a similar leadership role within the holiday park or leisure industry.</li><li>Proven track record in achieving performance targets and cost control.</li><li>Strong leadership and coaching skills.</li><li>Exceptional customer service orientation.</li><li>Knowledge of and adherence to statutory legal requirements.</li><li>Excellent communication and promotional skills.</li></ul><p><strong>A bit about us!</strong></p><p>We operate three award-winning family holiday resorts in Woolacombe, North Devon – Woolacombe Bay, Twitchen House, and Easewell Farm.
