<p>Here at Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks, we are looking for NPLQ Qualified  Lifeguards/Outdoor Activities Instructors to join our friendly and professional team.</p><p>As a Sporting Activities Instructor, you will deliver a variety of activities and sessions across our Activities department, including but not limited to; Wave Surfer, Bungee Trampolines, Paddle boarding, Climbing Walls, and Segway's. </p><p>As a qualified lifeguard you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all our guests, in water-based areas. </p><p><strong>Position Details:</strong></p><ul><li>Full-time and part-time seasonal roles available</li><li>Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to be available for working weekdays, weekends, bank holidays, and school holidays</li></ul><p><strong>What can we offer you?</strong></p><ul><li>Complimentary/discounted use of our Parks’ facilities</li><li>Generous discounts on food when you dine with us</li><li>Discounted holiday rates for friends and family</li><li>Discounted gym membership and cinema tickets at our Parks</li><li>Full uniform and training provided</li><li>Free car parking</li><li>Pension scheme with employer contributions</li><li>Company events</li><li>Subsidised live-in accommodation (for the right candidates)</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Deliver a diverse range of activities and sessions within the Activities department, including but not limited to; Bungee Trampolines, Climbing Walls, Crazy Bugs and Segway's.</li><li>Deliver a diverse range of water based activities including but not limited to; Wave Surfer instruction, Pool Inflatables, Paddle boarding, Kayaking, Water Rollers and Paddlers.</li><li>Be the primary point of contact for Extreme Sporting Activities, ensuring customers have a safe, enjoyable, and adventurous experience</li><li>Be a certified lifeguard, ensuring the safety of all water-based activities</li><li>Deliver outstanding customer service to all our guests.</li><li>Comfortably work at heights due to the varied nature of activities on offer</li><li>Commit to training schedule requirements to ensure you are qualified and confident to deliver this diverse role to our company standards.</li><li>Take responsibility for the cleanliness and presentation of the pool area.</li><li>Adhere to all company guidelines and safety procedures.</li><li>Be willing to deliver first aid as required to guests and colleagues in need.</li><li>Possess essential skills such as being a team player, supporting colleagues as needed, working well under pressure, and maintaining a positive outlook and attitude</li></ul><p><strong>A bit about us!</strong></p><p>We operate three award-winning family holiday resorts in Woolacombe, North Devon – Woolacombe Bay, Twitchen House, and Easewell Farm.
